Employability Award Interview Guide
5. Reviewing Interview Feedback
Following your interview, you will receive an email advising you when your outcome and written feedback are available.
Your feedback may identify:
- strengths demonstrated during the interview
- capabilities or examples you communicated effectively
- aspects of your interview technique to continue developing
- practical actions you can use in future interviews.
Take time to review the feedback while the interview is still fresh. Consider recording:
- one strength you want to continue using
- one aspect you want to practise
- one change you will make before your next professional interview.
If the panel determines that another practice interview would support your development, you will be invited to book a new appointment. This is an additional opportunity to apply the feedback, strengthen your responses and demonstrate the criteria. It does not mean your previous Award experiences were unsuccessful.
