1. Interview Process
The interview is the final step in completing the Employability Award and a supported opportunity to practise skills you can take into future recruitment processes.
During the interview, you will:
- introduce yourself and discuss your future field of work
- respond to behavioural questions using examples from your Award experiences
- explain the capabilities you developed through your experiences
- connect your learning to your future work
- receive constructive feedback to support your continued development.
The panel wants to help you demonstrate the capabilities you have developed and leave the interview feeling more confident. You can ask for a question to be repeated or rephrased, take a moment to think, and respond to prompts that help you add relevant detail.
Once your written application has been approved, you will receive an email inviting you to book your interview.
